Princelet Tattoo: Terms and Conditions for Aftercare and Allergic Reactions

Aftercare Responsibility: Upon completion of the tattoo procedure, clients will be provided with verbal and written aftercare instructions. It is the client's sole responsibility to follow these instructions diligently to ensure the proper healing of the tattoo. Princelet Tattoo shall not be held responsible for any damage or infections resulting from the client's negligence in aftercare.

Allergic Reactions to Dressing: Princelet Tattoo employs a range of dressings, which are deemed safe for post-tattoo application. If clients have known allergies or sensitivities to certain products, it is their responsibility to inform the tattoo artist prior to the application of any dressing or ointment. Should an allergic reaction occur due to undisclosed sensitivities, Princelet Tattoo shall not be held liable.

Prompt Reporting: In the unlikely event of any adverse reactions, such as excessive redness, swelling, or signs of infection, clients are advised to seek medical attention immediately and to inform Princelet Tattoo at the earliest convenience. This will enable us to provide necessary assistance or adjustments in aftercare recommendations.

Limitation of Liability: While Princelet Tattoo is committed to ensuring the safety and satisfaction of its clients, it is to be expressly understood that any medical complications or aesthetic concerns arising post-tattooing that are not a direct result of gross negligence or misconduct by the tattoo artist are outside of Princelet Tattoo's liability.

No Guarantees on Outcomes: Every individual's skin heals differently, and as such, Princelet Tattoo cannot guarantee specific healing outcomes. Factors such as skin type, age, health, aftercare compliance, and environmental exposures can affect the final appearance of the tattoo.

Follow-Up and Touch-Ups: Should there be any concerns regarding the tattoo's appearance after healing, clients are encouraged to reach out to Princelet Tattoo for consultation. Touch-ups may be provided at the discretion of the artist and may be subject to additional fees.
