Guest Artist - Terms and Conditions

ental Agreement: All guest artists are required to sign a rental agreement before using the premises. This agreement will outline the specifics of the rental period, fees, and any other pertinent details.
Rental Fees: Guest artists are required to pay a predetermined rental fee, either as a flat rate or a percentage of their earnings, as agreed upon in the rental agreement.
Booking Management: Unless otherwise stated, guest artists are responsible for managing their bookings, including handling deposits, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Cleanliness and Hygiene: Guest artists must adhere to the same strict cleanliness and hygiene standards set by Princelet Tattoo. The station and equipment must be cleaned and sanitized after each use.
Equipment and Supplies: Guest artists are expected to bring their own equipment and supplies. Any use of Princelet Tattoo's supplies must be pre-approved and may be subject to additional fees.
Insurance: Guest artists must provide proof of professional liability insurance before using the premises. Princelet Tattoo is not responsible for any claims or liabilities arising from the guest artist's services.
Code of Conduct: Guest artists are expected to maintain a professional demeanor at all times and treat clients, staff, and other artists with respect. Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
Design and Artistic Integrity: While Princelet Tattoo respects the artistic freedom of guest artists, any designs that are deemed offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate will not be permitted within the premises.
Promotion and Marketing: Guest artists are allowed to promote their services on their platforms but must ensure that any promotional materials clearly indicate their status as a guest artist at Princelet Tattoo.
Confidentiality: Any proprietary information, including client details, pricing structures, or internal processes of Princelet Tattoo, must not be shared or disclosed by the guest artist.
Damage and Liability: Guest artists will be held responsible for any damage caused to the premises or equipment during their rental period. Any repair or replacement costs will be borne by the guest artist.
Termination: Princelet Tattoo reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement with a guest artist at any time, with or without cause, provided reasonable notice is given.

By agreeing to work as a guest artist at Princelet Tattoo, the artist acknowledges and agrees to the aforementioned terms and conditions. Adherence to these terms ensures a smooth and productive collaboration for both the studio and the guest artist.
